Scope before service
Every site needs its own plan.
A maintenance request is reviewed before acceptance. Access, water availability, owner permission, and travel can affect scope and price.
Included only when quoted
Water delivery, pruning, pest treatment, staking changes, soil amendment, replacement, and emergency visits require explicit plan language.
Owner responsibilities
Property access, safe working conditions, permissions, and any owner-managed watering schedule remain the owner’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Replacement options
Replacement is not automatic. Eligibility, timing, species availability, labor, site conditions, and additional cost are confirmed case by case.
Documented care
A history sponsors can revisit.
When a care event is approved for public display, the tree page can show the service date, service type, condition status, and a short update. Private operations notes remain outside the public API.
